You may access our schedules below to set up an appointment immediately. If this is your first time scheduling with us, it will take about 5 minutes to answer a few basic questions and register as a new client. Then you will have access to your therapist’s schedule and can chose a day and time that works well for you. *Please note a $100 deposit is required for all first time PMHNP appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your first appointment or refunded if insurance covers more than that. It is nonrefundable for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. This policy decreases no call no show occurances and assists Erin in providing the best possible services to all patients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Bridge is composed of two buildings on the corner of Baxter Ave. and Payne St. There is parking in the back of both buildings. We will send a welcome letter to all new clients with information about which building you should come to. Thank you!
