Our therapeutic groups are developed around the philosophy that art making and movement can be central to healing and wellness. In the safe, creative space of Bridge Counseling and Wellness, each participant is invited, guided, and encouraged to rediscover him or herself through the art making or movement-based process.
The group focus is to enhance quality of life for those with emotional challenges defined by Anxiety, Depression or Stress through the therapeutic process of art making and/or movement.
Current groups include:
Group Meditation Sit, 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month at noon
Bridge Counseling and Wellness hosts a group meditation sit on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month from 12:00-12:50pm. We open with a short discussion, sit together for 30 minutes in silence and follow up with 10 more minutes of discussion. Free and open to all! Beginning March 1st, this bi-weekly sit will be weekly- every Friday.
