Katie is a Certified Social Worker passionate about helping clients better understand themselves and develop tools that support living life to the fullest. Katie graduated with an MSW from New York University and is also certified as a Human Potential Coach, allowing her to integrate evidence-based, holistic wellness practices to help clients achieve their goals in areas of mind, body and spirit. She specializes in helping clients address anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges and navigating life transitions. Katie is a career changer and her background in corporate marketing helps her understand the unique challenges of navigating high-pressure work environments and the need for balance in daily life. She is also experienced in treating addiction and helping individuals examine their patterns of substance use connected to their mental health and life experiences.  
Katie is passionate about people, relationship-building, and client-centered growth and her work employs multiple treatment modalities including attachment-based and person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and neurobiology-based psychoeducation. All her work is based on the belief that the best work comes out of the strongest relationships. In her free time, Katie enjoys being active outside and spending time with family and friends.
