Megan McMillen M.Ed., LPCC-S, IMHP

Therapist and LPCA Supervisor

Megan McMillen (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, LPCC Supervisor, Reiki practitioner (level 1), and Akashic Records reader. Megan began her path toward helping others in 2006 and obtained her M.Ed in 2011. As a teenager who was struggling with her own anxiety and depression symptoms, Megan dived into the mental health and spirit world to treat herself. She began reading books about self help, developed a tarot practice, and learned about herbs, yoga, and nutrition. Gaining immense benefit from those tools, Megan decided to use her own experience to help others. Megan went on to gain experience helping others through her work at a domestic violence shelter, psychiatric hospital, in community mental health, and in a residential treatment facility before landing at Bridge.

Megan interweaves traditional therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and Brainspotting into sessions, but also draws in intuition and energy work for those who are open to enhance their healing experience. Megan specializes in teaching people to utilize their intuition, strength, and power to work through current blocks, create healthy boundaries, improve mood, heal individual and ancestral trauma, build healthy relationships, and most importantly, gain self love.

Megan will work with you to correct any unhealthy thoughts and behavioral patterns that are keeping you stuck or disliking yourself, helping you blossom into your healthiest self. Megan identifies as apart of the LGBTQ community and welcomes people of all faiths, sexual orientation, gender expression, ethnicity, and racial backgrounds.

Megan works with adults only and does not accept insurance, but can accept HSA, cash, check, or credit. Limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on need; sliding scale spots are currently full with a wait list.
