Tina Zeller, MSSW, IMHP, RYT 200

Team Support Coordinator

Tina started her career 13 years ago with a focus on advocacy and violence prevention, specifically with a focus on responding to sexual assault and intimate partner violence. Tina has combined her experience of crisis response with her passion for mindfulness and is certified in trauma sensitive yoga. Tina focuses on community building and bringing trauma informed principles to the practice of yoga in order to create safe and accessible spaces for people to explore their practice.

Tina’s mission and belief is that we can create a more beautiful world, whether that be through advocacy for ourselves and others, our own healing, or growing flowers. In addition to being a MSSW and RTY200 yoga teacher, Tina is a small business owner and flower farmer. Tina believes that healing happens in the garden and is ‘growing’ her business to include the opportunity to share the space to heal with others.

Tina is a mama of two young children and is passionate about supporting young families, especially through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum transitions as a doula and prenatal/family yoga teacher. At Bridge, Tina loves supporting her team- her passion is supporting people who support people.
