Lee is Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and an experienced registered yoga teacher. Lee has been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. Lee graduated from UofL with her M.Ed. In Mental Health Counseling in 2010. She has worked with a community mental health agency for 9 years and has been supervising LPCA’s for 3 years.
Lee has experience working with kids, teens, young adults, families, and individuals on a variety of issues including: mood dysregulation, ADHD, anxiety, LGBTQ issues, gender identity, building self-esteem, strengthening social skills, processing trauma, and moving through transitions. Lee blends traditional therapy modalities with a mind body wellness approach. Lee not only teaches yoga, but also breath work mindfulness and meditation.
Lee has been teaching yoga for 5 years. She completed her 300 hour training with with Laughing Lotus in NYC. Her classes are empowering and focus on building mind/body connection, self love and inner strength. Lee also uses yoga as a tool for stress management and improving focus.
Lee believes by learning to love ourselves, be authentic and enjoy the present moment, we can show up more fully in our relationships, roles and community.
