The term “self care” has become increasingly popular recently, and there is a lot to consider when we use it! We acknowledge that there is much privilege behind the term, and what some consider self care is not always accessible or realistic for those who do not hold that privilege. But no matter what, self-care IS everyone’s birthright. Self care is using what you have available to you right now to care for yourself. Here is a little video we made about some ways we care for ourselves.
