All levels Hatha Yoga Class with Shawna 9-10am
Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Through movement in yoga postures you can look inward for wisdom and insight as you practice being in the present and merging your breath with the rhythm of your body. This class is appropriate for beginners or more experienced yogis.
Guided Meditation and Mindfulness with Megan 10:15-11:00
Meditation has been proven to be beneficial for health, well-being and can be extremely restorative. Learn more about deepening your meditation or mindfulness practice with this 45 minute guided session. You will be engaging in a few different types of meditation to explore what works best for you. This practice will benefit beginners and experienced mediators.
Good Mood Food Nutrition and Healthy Lunch with Jennifer 11:15-12:30
This class will offer information about nutrition that supports optimal mental health. Overall diet and nutrition recommendations that have been supported by evidence will be overviewed and specific mental health “super foods” will be discussed. Then a healthy, whole foods and plant based lunch and drink will be shared and enjoyed.
Investment: $60 per person. Healthy lunch and drink included. All materials included. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or meditation cushion if you want. Dress comfortably.
