This series of workshops is designed to help you gain awareness of specific aspects of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energies using chakra theory as a guide.
Jan 12th – The Root Chakra
Feb 9th- The Sacral Chakra
March 9th- The Navel Chakra
April 13th- The Heart Chakra
May 11th- The Throat Chakra
June 8th- The Third Eye
July 13th- The Crown Chakra
This workshop will provide practices informed by research on neuroplasticity of the brain and our ability to connect to positive states of being such as peaceful, calm and joyful. We will practice these modalities along with Havening Techniques for self soothing and building resilience.
