Bridge Counseling and Wellness provides a therapeutic and confidential yoga class free for our counseling clients. Our instructors are experienced, credentialed and stay up-to-date in their field.
Our professional experience and definitive research suggest that exercise, yoga and meditation are effective tools for reducing anxiety, depression and stress. Our classes offer a safe space to experience the benefits of physical activity and are a big part of what makes our counseling center unique.
